Softcover – 200 pages
This copiously illustrated, multi-authored, 200-page book, published by Xeno-Optic Research Lab and Press, is a comprehensive survey of the prodigious art of Terry Graff published in conjunction with a touring exhibition of his work. Featured writers include Bill Auchterlonie, freelance writer; Demetra Christakos, director/curator of the Art Gallery of Sudbury; Greg Davies, curator of Cape Breton University Art Gallery; Virgil Hammock, art critic and professor emeritus of fine arts, Mount Allison University; Marie E. Maltais, director, UNB Art Centre; and Mary Reid, director/curator of the Woodstock Art Gallery. Over 275 images provide a sampling of Graff’s prolific production of mixed media drawings, paintings, collages, assemblages, sculpture, kinetic works, and multi-media installations over the span of fifty years. Also included are the artist’s own reflections about his work, a biographical profile, and an extensive interview with him courtesy of William Forrestall and his students in the Department of Fine Arts at St. Thomas University.
