Shipping

We ship anywhere in Canada and the United States. Shipments are typically sent via Canada Post within two business days of purchase. If applicable, a tracking number may be made to the buyer upon request at [email protected]

We only offer free shipping for orders over $80 (before taxes). Shipping prices vary based on the buyer’s shipping address and the purchased items overall size and weight.

All orders are available for pickup within 48 hours of purchase. You may be contacted by gallery staff to revise an order or any inquiry pertaining to your order. If you wish to learn about the availability of the purchased item for pickup feel free to contact the gallery at (705) 675-4871 ext.221

Membership

Return Policy

You can return nearly anything up to 14 days after the item was purchased (For hygiene reasons we do not permit earrings to be returned. Returns are to be done in person).

We require the original receipt as proof of purchase. Merchandise for refund or exchange must be in original condition.

Gift Shop

We pride ourselves in having at least half of the artists within the Gift Shop currently residing in Greater Sudbury or the nearby vicinity.

We accept cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard and cheques.

Email communication is the preferred method to inquire about selling with the Gift Shop. We ask that anyone interested in selling within our Gift Shop forward a short biography and a minimum of four articles for consideration to [email protected]. Yes, the gallery will permit layaways on any product worth a minimum of $60.00. Layaways can be authorized for a maximum of 3 months unless otherwise agreed to.
